Professional Liability Insurance

Professional Liability Insurance is settled at Allianz Versicherungs AG, D-10900 Berlin, Germany. Insurance covers professional activities in member countries of the European Union referring to the statutory requirements of § 51 German Federal Lawyers’ Act (BRAO).

Professional License, German Bar Association

The respective attorneys acquired their licenses to practice in Germany. They are approved members of Bar Association for the judicial district of the Oberlandesgericht Karlsruhe, Reinhold-Frank-Str. 72, D-76133 Karlsruhe (www.rak-karlsruhe.de). The work of the respective attorneys is governed by the Rules and Regulations of German Federal Lawyers’ Act (BRAO), Rules of Professional Practice (BORA), the Federal Lawyers Remuneration Act (RVG), Rules of professional Code of Conduct of the Council of Bars and Law societies of Europe (CCBE) and the Code for Specialist Attorneys (FAO). Attorneys
